Smoothie for Dummies

We have one each day, and have now for over two years. For us, it’s an easy way to consistently get the nutrients we need.

smoothieOur daily routine:

1 c strawberries, frozen out of season

1/3 c blueberries, frozen out of season

1/2 c chopped kale

2 c fresh spinach

1/4 red beet

1 avocado

1 orange

1 scoop whey protein

1 inch fresh ginger

2-3 c almond milk
